3. Creator Incentive Program

Vayug operates a discretionary Creator Incentive Program. Incentives are calculated based on platform performance metrics such as views, engagement levels.

Incentives are platform-managed benefits and are not guaranteed earnings, salaries, employment compensation, or financial investment returns.

We may collect additional verification information from eligible participants in the Creator Incentive Program to prevent fraud, identity manipulation, or reward abuse.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with:

Authorized payment gateways for transaction processing.
Cloud hosting providers for secure data storage.
Regulatory authorities when legally required.
Subscriber Information Sharing: When you subscribe to a creator on Vayug, your name and email address will be shared with that creator. This allows creators to communicate with their audience directly. Creators are contractually obligated to use this information responsibly and only for legitimate communication purposes related to their content. You may unsubscribe from any creator at any time to revoke this access.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption and access control to protect user data. Sensitive financial information is handled only by certified third-party payment processors.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, secure tokens, and local device storage to maintain user login sessions, ensure platform security, analyze app performance, and deliver relevant advertisements. By using Vayug, you consent to our use of these tracking technologies.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the Vayug app via the Settings menu. Alternatively, you can request data deletion by contacting us at support@vayugai.com. Upon request, we will purge your personal data from our active databases within 30 days.
