How creators monetize content on Vayug

Vayug lets eligible creators unlock billing from the Account tab, add a UPI ID, earn from eligible ad impressions, and receive a configured 80% share of eligible advertising revenue.

Monetization steps in the Vayug app

Go to Account.
Open the Vayug app and navigate to the Account tab.

Complete one creator action.
Share Vayug with 2 friends using the refer button, or upload 2 videos.

Tap Setup Billing.
After the creator action is complete, Vayug shows the Setup Billing button in the Account tab.

Add UPI ID.
Add a valid UPI ID so eligible creator earnings can be paid to the linked bank account.

Earn from ad impressions.
Creator earnings are based on eligible ad impressions and eligible ad revenue associated with creator content.

Track rewards.
Creators can view their earnings in the Reward section of the Account tab.

Low-friction start

A creator can unlock billing by either referring 2 friends or uploading 2 videos.

UPI payouts

Creators add a UPI ID for direct payout to the linked bank account where supported.

Monthly payout rhythm

Creator earnings are designed to be paid on the 1st of every month, subject to eligibility, payout setup, minimums, and payment processing.

Reward visibility

The Reward section in Account shows creator earnings and reward information inside the app.

Eligible earnings are tied to eligible ad impressions and eligible advertising revenue, not just uploads alone.
